-DRESS CODE ENFORCED. You are required to adhere to the venues dress codesto be permitted entry. Dress code is strictly enforced. If you have any questions contactthe venues directly. 

 

-STAY WITH THE CRAWL. You are required to stay with the Crawl to receive the benefits (drink tickets, entry, etc)

 

-NO CLUB RENTRY. Once yo enter the club you can't go out and come in back again.

 

-ACCEPTABLE CONDUCT. You are responsible for your conduct. If you are denied entry due to intoxication, rowdy or lewd behavior, or other the Crawl is not responsible.There are no refunds on this ticket. You have purchased a limited seat to an event and are responsible for your behavior and understanding the terms and conditions of the event.

 

-NO INCLUDED GRATUITY. All bartenders and hosts have not received any gratuity. It is common in North America to add an additional gratuity to servers and hosts.

 

-REFUND POLICY- All cancelations made 24 hours before the event will be refunded 100% minus a 3 % credit card processor fee. All reservations canceled after this will not be refunded since we had already paid our vendors.

 

-All purchases are subject to credit card approval and billing address verification. We cannot be responsible for changes, cancellations, or postponements announced after this email is sent.  

 

-The holder grants permission to Rockstarcrawls, the participating venues, and sponsors to utilize the holder’s image or likeness incidental to any still, live or recorded video display or other transmission or reproduction in whole or in part of the event for which the wristband/ticket admits him/her.
